Rol Anders', K3RA, weekly Amateur Radio Operating Course held at the NEM. This week's lesson is on Operating Awards and QSLing tips. Special guest Nick Yokanovich, K3NY, will be presenting. Nick is the QSL manager for K3NEM. Notably the W2W events twice a year have Nick sending out hundreds of certificates around the world.
